Torsion of testis; the ball is dead; orchidectomy; orchidopexy; prosthesis; long podcast; children; family; surgery

Red, hot & tender ball must exclude torsion of testis. If the ball is dead, it will be removed (orchidectomy). If salvageable, orchidopexy is performed.
